How does LatchHug stay on?

The U-shaped pillow wraps around your waist. The strap goes over your shoulder and clips with a buckle.

Does hands-free mean I can leave my baby on it?

No. Stay with your baby the whole time, awake and watching them. Keep their face and airway clear.

Can my baby sleep on it?

No. LatchHug is not a sleep product. If your baby falls asleep, move them to a firm, flat sleep surface on their back.

Can I use it in the car?

Not while the car is moving. LatchHug is not a car seat or carrier.

What comes in the box?

One U-shaped nursing pillow, one top cushion, one small head pillow and one shoulder strap with buckle.

Can I wash it?

The cotton cover comes off and can be washed. Follow the care instructions included with your product.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

Tracked shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 days from the day you order, depending on your country. We email your tracking number when your order ships.

Are the photos real?

Product photos come from our supplier. The step images are illustrations. The pattern you receive may differ slightly.
